Regro Technology provides active maintenance helpdesk to its customers where telecommunication operators can report incidents. Field service dispatching are done from our  helpdesk to repair faults in the timeliness provide by our customers. We have access to over 60 highly qualified teams which can attend to radio access networks, routers, switches, microwave, fibre and rectifier faults.

PASSIVE MAINTENANCE

Site corrective maintenance and repairing of passive items

Regro Technology provides passive maintenance helpdesk to its customers where telecommunication operators can report incidents. We have access to over 40 highly qualified dedicated teams which on daily basis attend to site corrective maintenance. As part of our service offering we deploy and refuel generators, attend to site corrective call-outs, repair vandalised sites, fix RF cable faults and do antenna tilting where required.
