It is very important to confirm line of sight to be able to receive a good signal level on our point-to-mulitpoint and point-to-point products.  Our highly qualified survey teams make use of optic zoom cameras and telescopes to determine line of sight. Part of the survey is to provide a full report of where to install the antennas, cable runs, indoor equipment and to verify power requirements.

Regro Technology managed the project roll-outs from Centurion, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Durban and Port Elizabeth therefore has country-wide footprint in South Africa. Telecommunication equipment are dispatched from our main warehouse in Centurion to our branches in the regions. We have access to over 70 implementations teams and we can easily increase our capacity up to 120 teams on customer demand. All our implementation teams are highly trained on the point-to-point and point-to-multipoint products and do have mast climbing certificates.

Regro Technology is making use of our highly trained engineers to commission our point-to-point and point-to-multipoint products.  Part of the commissioning process is to verify correct operations accordance to the design parameters.

To be able to provide a reliable radio network, frequency interference should be reduce as far as possible. Regro makes use of advanced radio planning tool to predict possible interference and take necessary steps to decrease interference by increasing discrimination between radio frequency signals. As part of our service, we can also do on-site interference analysis with our most advanced spectrum analyser to verify possible interference in certain frequency bands.
